Migration

Migrate any site to Webflow without losing your rankings.

From any platform, on any size of site. We move your content, preserve the SEO equity with a verified redirect map, and hand your marketing team a site they can run without a developer. Then we stay for what comes after.

Three reasons marketing teams put off a migration.

Usually it's one of these. All three are avoidable.

See how we de-risk it

01.

We'll lose the rankings.
The real risk in any migration is broken redirects and lost SEO equity. It's the thing that keeps teams on a platform they've already outgrown. It's also the most preventable failure, with the right redirect map and proper monitoring.

02.

Last migration broke things we're still fixing.
Forms that stopped working. Pages that 404. A blog that lost half its structure. A rushed migration creates months of cleanup. A planned one doesn't.

03.

We'll be stuck waiting on developers again.
Teams move off a platform only their engineers can touch, then land somewhere just as gated. The whole point of moving to Webflow is that your marketing team can finally run the site themselves.

How we migrate.

A migration has one job: move everything without breaking anything, and leave your team better off than before. The riskiest work (SEO, redirects) is front-loaded so nothing goes live until it's verified.

Audit and map

We crawl your current site, inventory every URL, and build a verified redirect map before anything moves. You see what goes where before a single page is rebuilt.

Rebuild and migrate

We rebuild your site on a clean Webflow foundation, move the content, deploy the redirects, and reconnect your forms, tracking, and integrations. Same brand, better architecture, every URL accounted for.

Verify, then stay

For 90 days after launch we monitor rankings and Core Web Vitals and fix anything that drifts. Then we stay on as your senior Webflow partner for what comes next.

Sometimes we say don't migrate.

A Webflow migration costs real money, takes real time, and reshapes how your team works for years after.

So we run the audit honestly. If your site rarely changes and works fine as it is, we'll tell you. If your workflows depend on legacy systems that can't cleanly be decoupled, we'll tell you. If you're optimizing purely for the lowest-cost rebuild, we're not the right team.

The migrations we do well are for marketing teams whose site is too important to stay slow. If that's you, the audit will be useful either way. If it isn't, we'll save you the project.

FAQs

Will I lose my SEO rankings?

Done right, no. Done poorly, yes. Most migration failures come from broken redirects, lost metadata, or content that wasn't mapped properly. Our process builds a verified redirect map before anything moves, transfers SEO metadata page by page, and monitors rankings for 90 days after launch. Minor short-term fluctuation is normal across any migration. Sustained drops are a sign something went wrong, and our monitoring catches them in days, not months.

What platforms do you migrate from?

Most often WordPress, HubSpot CMS, and Framer. We've also handled Squarespace, Wix and Wix Studio, Shopify (for content sites moving off it), Drupal, Joomla, Ghost, Contentful, Sanity, Webflow itself (older messy builds being rebuilt clean), and custom-built or legacy CMSs that never had a name. If you're on something unusual, mention it on the call and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a clean migration or a more involved rebuild.

Will my marketing team be able to manage the site afterward?

Yes, and that's the whole point. We train your team during the build, not after. By launch, they can publish landing pages, edit content, and ship campaigns without filing a developer ticket. We document everything in a handover, and we stay on for the complex work that's beyond routine editing.

Can my old domain stay the same?

Yes. The migration is platform-only; your domain doesn't change. We handle the DNS cutover so there's no downtime, and the site lives at the same URLs your customers and search engines already know.

How long does a migration take?

It depends on the size of the site and the complexity of the content. A 10–20 page marketing site with a simple blog typically takes 6–8 weeks end to end. A content-heavy site with multiple CMS collections and integrations can run 10–14 weeks. We give you a firm estimate after the audit, not before.

What happens to my redirects?

Every URL on your current site gets mapped to its new destination before the migration starts. The redirect map is reviewed before launch, deployed at cutover, and verified after launch with a full crawl. Nothing gets left to chance, and you keep the document.

What about my forms, CRM integration, and tracking?

All preserved. We rebuild forms in Webflow's form builder, reconnect them to your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, whatever you use), and reinstall your tracking (Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Pixel, others) before launch. Nothing goes live until every integration is verified working.

What does a migration cost?

Projects start at $15K and scope from there based on page count, CMS complexity, and integration work. We don't quote until after the audit, because guessing on cost without seeing the site usually means one of us regrets it later.
